The environmental protection power industry has a wide range of instrument applications, from garbage removal, stacking, leaching, furnace combustion to flue gas treatment, all of which require automatic control of online instrument with temperature, pressure and level sensor. These signals can be transmitted remotely to the central control room where users can remotely monitor and control the site, which improves the automation of the factory and ensures safe manufacture as no human attendance is required.

Instruments suitable for on-site process are used according to different working conditions. For example, rotary paddle level switch or tuning fork level switch is used to control the material level in dust hopper when removing dust; radar level sensor or weight continuous level sensor is used to monitor and control the material level of the ash bin; float level transmitter or magnetic level gauge is used to monitor and control the liquid level of the auxiliary material tank in the process of desulfurization and denitrification; flow meter, pressure transmitter and differential pressure transmitter are used in other situations.

Pneumatic hammer, pneumatic vibrator and other accumulation removal equipment can effectively improve the liquidity of materials and reduce the accumulation and residue of materials in wall, discharge port and other parts.
